This unfurnished apartment is part of a characteristic 1930’s apartment block building with an architectural style found in the entire neighbourhood. The apartment has recently been upgraded with a brand new kitchen as well as fresh paintwork. It provides a warm, modern interior with lots of comfort. Furnishings can be added for an additional charge in rent.

The outside communal staircase goes up to the first floor with the apartment front door directly to the left. The hallway is L-shaped and passes the guest bedroom (or home office) directly to the left when entering the apartment. Running parallel to the second part of the hallway is the living room at the front with a semi-open space to the left.

At the back is the spacious kitchen combined with the dining area but separated from the living room through closeable glass doors. The kitchen comes with built-in appliances such as a proper oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as a Cooker hot water tap. From here the balcony is accessible facing southeast which means plenty of sun on a good day.

Back in the L-shaped hallway and parallel to the kitchen is a large dressing room with closets on either side of the walls and a washer plus dryer which are set up in the back. Next to this dressing room is the master bedroom with its own access to the balcony.
Opposite the master bedroom is the bathroom offering a decent sized bathtub, separate shower, wash basin and shelving. Adjacent to the bathroom is both a separate toilet and a storage closet. As a bonus, there is a storage unit on the communal attic floor for suitcases, sports equipment and such.

A minimum 12 months lease duration is required as well as a security deposit equalling 2 months’ rent. Obtaining a parking permit can be done without a waiting list. Flat sharing and keeping pets are not allowed. This apartment has an energy label E rating.
