This furnished apartment has been completely renovated during 2023 and now offers modern comfort throughout whilst preserving authentic details such as the beam structure. It is located right in the city centre of Weesp (part of the Amsterdam municipality) with picturesque old streets all around. A must-see for anyone who appreciates a beautiful mix between history and high standard living!

Layout
From the street the apartment is accessed and a hallway connects to the first floor. Opposite the staircase is a separate toilet. A glass panelled door ensures no sound enters the main living space and avoids heat loss. The open kitchen is a real eyecatcher with the so-called ‘cooking island’ as the centrepiece. It contains an induction heated cooker, powerful extractor and lots of cupboard space. On the opposite side is a section with more cupboards but also a decent fridge, freezer and a normal sized oven. To the right is another countertop section with more cupboards above and underneath the sink as well the dishwasher. The semi round window section in the corner provides a cozy view into three streets. A practical feature, the sofa in the lounge area can be pulled out and turned into a bed.

Another flight of stairs leads up to the landing on the second floor. To the right there is a separate closet where the washing machine is set up. Directly ahead is the spacious bathroom with two wash basins, another toilet, a bath and a shower cabin (now with sliding glass doors).

Adjacent to the bathroom where the  bedroom is situated. On the right side of this bedroom there is custom made wardrobe closet from wall to wall. There is a small mezzanine above the bed which is ideal when needing to store suitcases or similar items.
