This furnished first floor apartment has a fresh interior style combined with a warm wooden floor throughout. In addition there are two balconies to enjoy. Being within walking distance of both the Vondelpark and the lively Amstelveenseweg are the main treats of the neighborhood and beyond.

One flight of stairs connect to the apartment on the first floor. Upon entering, there is a small hallway with space for coats etc. The lounge is at the front facing the street and has doors which open up to a so-called French style balcony. In the middle is the dining area with a large table to accommodate guests. At the back is the open kitchen with appliances ranging from a large gas-heated stove, extractor, SMEG fridge and freezer combi and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main balcony which faces northwest allowing for afternoon sun on a bright day.

The bedroom is situated parallel to the kitchen. There is an elevated bed providing smart storage with cabinets underneath for wardrobe items. Additional wardrobe space is present in the hallway. In front of the bedroom there is a convenient work station along the left wall when working from home.

The bathroom is found opposite from the hallway and comes with a shower cabin, wash basin with space for toiletries below and a toilet. This is also where the washing machine is set up.

A minimum rental period of 12 months is required and the deposit equals two months’ rent. Keeping pets and flat sharing is not possible.

Area information
The street is mainly residential up to where it connects with the Amstelveenseweg around the corner. Here, a lot of amenities are found ranging from a supermarket to delis, restaurants and more. Within walking distance is the back entrance of the Vondelpark. The park is a great way to skip traffic by walking or biking to the main entrance close to Leidseplein. Public transport is also widely available in close proximity to the apartment with two bus lines stopping along the Amstelveenseweg, tram line no. 1 at the Overtoom connecting to the Central Station and two train stations being within biking distance (Lelylaan and Zuid station).
