It is located within walking distance of the A’DAM Tower and the ferry commuting across the IJ river to the Central Station and city centre. Layout
Using the main entrance of the building, a lobby connects to the elevators and the apartment is situated on the fifth floor. A bright corridor leads to the front door. Upon entering there is a spacious hallway. To the right is a separate toilet. A wide glass sectioned door opens up in the kitchen area which is both the centrepiece and eyecatcher and overlooks the adjoining rooftop terrace. This kitchen comes with appliances ranging from a Quooker all-in-one water tap (warm/cold water as well as boiling and sparkling water), induction heated cooker, a large fridge with a freezer section, a proper size oven and dishwasher, all by Siemens. Kitchen cupboards are plentiful around the so-called kitchen island and in built-in wall section. To the right of the kitchen is the dining table with seating for 5/6 persons.

Area information
The apartment is located in a fast developing part of the city with plenty of facilities such as restaurants, a gym and hotels. Two landmarks are the A’DAM Tower and the Eye Film Museum. With the nearby ferry (departing about every 10 minutes) the city centre is easily reachable. When using a car, the A-10 ring motorway is less than 10 minutes away to get out of or further into the city.
