This turnkey apartment is fully furnished and situated on the third floor with a balcony at the back to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and next to the master bedroom there is a second bedroom to use in a multifunctional way. A home office is just one example.

The communal entrance and stairwell leads up to the apartment (on the third floor). Upon entering, the hallway connects to all the rooms. Directly opposite from the hallway is the spacious lounge and adjoining southeast facing balcony which overlooks the inner courtyard. To the right of the dining table is the open Danish design kitchen (Kvik). Equipped with Siemens appliances ranging from a fridge and separate freezer, combi oven (microwave and oven in one), 5-burner gas hob and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom (over 11 m² in size) and the second bedroom (7 m²) face the front side of the apartment. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed as well as a drawer cabinet. The second bedroom has a large wardrobe closet with additional space for a double bed or a desk.

The washer and dryer combi (two in one model) is set up in a storage closet found in the hallway along with other household appliances. Additional storage is found on the ground floor where a private unit (over 4 m²) with racks and shelves is available to use.

The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years (model B) and the security deposit equals two months’ rent. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed. The apartment has been measured according to NEN2580 guidelines.

Area information
The street itself has a pleasant residential character. Around the corner is the JP Heijestraat which offers a great variety of specialty shops, restaurants, bars and a has a real neighbourhood feel to it in the heart of the Oud-West district. Another great bonus is the proximity to the Vondelpark which runs parallel to the Overtoom, a main road into the city centre. Heading through the park is a convenient way of skipping traffic and is best done by bike or on foot. When needing public transport, tram line no. 1 has several stops along the Overtoom and connects to both the Central Station and the less busy Lelylaan Station. From here Schiphol Airport is only 6 minutes away by train.
