At the front is the lounge and dining area. Two large windows draw in lots of daylight and can be opened for a pleasant breeze and ventilation. Passing the kitchen, doors with glass sections separate the lounge and kitchen from the bedroom.

The bedroom has a proper size and comes with a queen size bed and spacious wardrobe closet. There is also a small balcony to enjoy that morning coffee. A corridor leads from the bedroom to the bathroom. with both the separate toilet and laundry closet being accessible from here as well. Area information
The street has a mainly residential character. Nevertheless, a lively scene of restaurants, bars and shops is found just around the corner at the Vijzelgracht with also a supermarket down the road. When not using a bike, public transport is near with tram lines no. 16 and 24 stopping at the Weteringcircuit roundabout. Worthwhile to mention is the brand new ‘North/South’ metro line which starts to run from late July onwards and stops at the Vijzelgracht.
