The building has two entrances. At the front the communal stairwell leads up to all the apartments. To the left a gateway connects to the second entrance where the elevator can be accessed. When exiting the elevator on the second floor, the apartment front door is directly to the right.

The lounge and dining area are situated at the front facing eastwards (morning sun). Large windows and opening doors to a French style balcony draw in lots of daylight. The kitchen has a bar like countertop with bar stools and another countertop which includes the sink and gas cooker. The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration of 2 years and the deposit equals two months’ rent. Keeping pets and flat sharing is not possible.

Area information
Given the very central location both the Vondelpark and nearby Leidseplein are within walking distance. Eve when needing groceries or catching public transport, the use of a bike is optional. Just around the corner the Overtoom runs parallel to the Vondelpark and provides facilities ranging from an various supermarkets to restaurants, bars and more. Tram line no. 1 has multiple stops along the Overtoom and connects to both the Central Station and Lelylaan Station. From here, trains arrive at Schiphol airport within 10 minutes.
