Layout
The communal stairwell leads up to second floor where the apartment is accessed. Three large windows at the front ensure plenty of daylight throughout the day. At the front to the right is the open kitchen. Appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge, separate freezer, gas cooker and a combi oven are all present.
The seating and dining area is an open space with a large wardrobe closet on the opposite side of the front door. Directly next to the front door is the bathroom which has a wash basin with space for toiletries, a separate shower, toilet and a washing machine plus dryer.
Adjacent to the windows at the back (facing southwards) is a private balcony which overlooks the gardens and buildings below. To the left of this balcony is the bedroom with a queen size bed.
Specifics
The apartment is available for a minimum lease duration of 6 months and the deposit equals two months’ rent. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed. A parking permit can be obtained with the possibility to park in the Albert Cuyp garage.
Area information
The street in front is a busy one but inside it is hardly noticeable thanks to thick double glazing. A wide offer of restaurants and bars and shops is found just around the corner in the Frans Halsstraat. Down the road is the Marie Heinekenplein where a chain supermarket is located and similar type shops with the Albert Cuyp daily market being another local treat. Next to several tram lines stopping nearby, the ‘North/South’ metro line stops at the Vijzelgracht which is only 5 minutes on foot and connects to the Central Station. Last but not least, even the Rijksmuseum is another 5 minutes away.
