This cozy and fully furnished apartment is located on the border of the city centre and the Pijp neighbourhood, meaning lots of facilities and the best Amsterdam has to offer is within walking distance! The apartment is available for a maximum 6 to 7 months lease duration.
The communal stairwell leads up to first floor where the apartment is accessed. Three large windows at the front ensure plenty of daylight throughout the day. At the front to the right is the open kitchen. Appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer section, induction-heated cooker and a combi oven are all present. Behind the kitchen there is a separate toilet.
The lounge and dining corner is one open space with an electric fireplace for extra comfort. There is a small balcony on the street side. Sliding doors separate the lounge from the bedroom. The bed itself can be pulled up into a made-to-fit closet allowing for a smart use of space. Two more large windows brighten this backside with the bonus of an adjoining balcony facing southwards.
The decent sized en suite bathroom has a washer and dryer set up in the left corner. Next to it there is separate shower, bathtub and a wash basin with cabinet space underneath and above.
The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 6/7 months and the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed.
The street in front is a busy one but inside it is hardly noticeable thanks to thick double glazing. A wide offer of restaurants and bars and shops is found just around the corner in the Frans Halsstraat. Down the road is the Marie Heinekenplein where a chain supermarket is located and similar type shops with the Albert Cuyp daily market being another local treat. Next to several tram lines stopping nearby, the ‘North/South’ metro line stops at the Vijzelgracht which is only 5 minutes on foot and connects to the Central Station. Last but not least, even the Rijksmuseum is another 5 minutes away.
