Doors can be opened to a so-called French style balcony which faces southeast resulting in sun throughout the day. To the left there is a view towards a little neighbourhood square with tall trees, restaurants and more.

From here, it is just a short walk to the busier Ceintuurbaan with an even greater variety of shops. Across this street lies the beautiful Sarphatipark where people go for a workout, picknick or a stroll. If in need of public transport, a tram and bus line have stops along the Ceintuurbaan and the North/South metro line is within walking distance as well.
