Following an extensive renovation in 2018, this fully furnished apartment has a comfortable modern day character with lots of amenities such as an open kitchen with built-in appliances, wooden flooring, a home office and a master bedroom with a built-in wardrobe closet. Combined with a desired location in De Pijp being one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in the city it really ticks all the boxes.

After entering the building, a communal stairwell leads to the third floor on which the apartment is situated. The central hallway connects to the front and all the way to the back. At the front three large windows ensure lots of daylight enters the lounge. In the middle doors can be opened to the so-called French style balcony. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs next to the open kitchen.

The L-shaped kitchen comes with appliances such as a gas cooker, combi oven (with a microwave feature) fridge with a freezer section, washing machine and a dishwasher.

Passing through the hallway, there is a room behind the kitchen which is now in use as a home office but can also be a guest bedroom. From here a door to the adjoining balcony can be opened. Opposite this room is the bathroom. It has a shower and bath in one with the wash basin next to it. Drawers underneath are convenient for storing toiletries and towels. Parallel to the bathroom there is a separate toilet.

At the back of the hallway is the decent sized master bedroom. A custom built wardrobe closet has been created to maximise the use of space from wall to wall.

The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years and the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. Keeping pets is allowed. Flat sharing is not allowed.

Area information
The street itself is mainly residential. Literally around the corner there is a variety of shops, restaurants and bars surrounding the cozy Van der Helstplein. From here, it is just a short walk to the busier Ceintuurbaan with an even greater selection of shops. Across this street is the beautiful Sarphatipark where people go for a workout, picknick or a stroll. If in need of public transport, a tram and bus line have stops along the Ceintuurbaan and the North/South metro line is within walking distance as well.
