Following the communal stairwell, the apartment is situated on the third floor with a direct view towards the Vondelkerk (church). At the front is the lounge and open kitchen. The kitchen provides built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, decent sized oven and a fridge with a freezer section.

The hallway/landing behind the lounge connects to the bedroom and the bathroom. In the left corner there is a separate and spacious wardrobe closet which is large enough to also store suitcases and such. The bedroom at the back comes with a queen size bed and a desk plus chair when working from home.

Parallel to the bedroom is the bathroom. It offers a bathtub and shower in one, the wash basin and a toilet. Opposite the bathroom is another closet where the washing machine is set up with additional storage space for a vacuum cleaner and more.

The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years and the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. Keeping pets and flat sharing is not allowed.

Area information
Given the central location, the Vondelpark and nearby Leidseplein are both within walking distance. Even when needing groceries or catching public transport, the use of a bike is not necessary. The Overtoom runs parallel to the Vondelpark and offers every kind of convenience, ranging from (organic) supermarkets to quality restaurants, boutique type shops and more.
Continuing eastwards from Overtoom, the Leidseplein is around the corner where numerous tram lines stop and connect to all parts of the city and beyond. Besides public transport, this is a shopping and leisure district catering to every kind of taste.
