The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years and the security deposit equals 2 months’ rent. A private parking spot in the underground garage can be rented for an additional €200 a month. Keeping pets and flat sharing is not allowed.
Around the corner is where the multipurpose venue called The Hallen is found. It offers a hotel, cinema, food market, library cafe, boutique shops and more. Also withing walking distance is the Ten Kate daily market with its great variety of fresh and affordable produce. This market is open until 5 pm each day except Sundays. Tram lines 3, 10, 12 and 14 have a stop on the nearby Bilderdijkstraat heading in different directions but mainly the city centre. All in all a very vibrant neighbourhood to live in.
