Finding an apartment where facilities such as indoor parking, the ease of an elevator, modern amenities and an outdoor space are present can challenging but this apartment has it all. Combined with a fully furnished interior and located in De Pijp, being one of the most desired neighbourhoods, it really stands out. See you soon?
Layout
When entering the building, the elevator is straight ahead. The apartment is situated on the third floor and accessed at the back of the building. The hallway flows into the open kitchen and lounge. Directly to the left of the hallway a smaller bedroom is found with a large wardrobe closet from wall to wall and a single bed.
The L-shaped kitchen comes with appliances such as an induction heated cooker, combi oven (with a microwave feature), fridge with a freezer section and a dishwasher. On the opposite side of the kitchen there are two doors with the separate toilet to the left and the bathroom to the right. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a wash basin with drawers underneath for towels and toiletries.
Where the lounge starts a storage closet contains the washer and dryer with some space for other domestic appliances. The lounge extends to the front side of the apartment and has a large window section drawing in lots of light. A door to the right open onto the sheltered balcony which can be enjoyed until late autumn. The master bedroom is adjacent to this balcony and therefore is really bright apart from the decent size it has.
As for storage space, there is a separate unit on the ground floor for a bike or two, sports equipment and more.
Specifics
The apartment is available for a minimum 12-month lease duration and the deposit equals two months’ rent. Keeping pets is allowed. A designated parking spot in the underground garage can also be rented for an additional charge.
Area information
The street itself is mainly residential. Literally around the corner there is a variety of shops, restaurants and bars surrounding the cozy Van der Helstplein. From here, it is just a short walk to the busier Ceintuurbaan with an even greater selection of shops. Across this street is the beautiful Sarphatipark where people go for a workout, picknick or a stroll. If in need of public transport, a tram and bus line have stops along the Ceintuurbaan and the North/South metro line is within walking distance as well.
