The apartment occupies the entire ground floor with a private garden facing southwards. The open kitchen having an extended countertop stands out straight away and is a few steps down from the rest of the apartment. Built-in appliances range from a dishwasher to a combi oven and a good sized fridge plus an additional freezer. Cupboard space is plentiful. Opposite the kitchen is the dining area which is separated from the garden by glass sections with metal frames from wall to wall. Doors open to the garden which is somewhat shaded. The garden shed offers space to store sports equipment and such.
