The front door of the house is on the ground floor after which a staircase leads up to the first floor. Across from the hallway is very spacious living room and an open kitchen covering the front of the house to the back where doors open to the adjoining balcony with another balcony alongside the living room. The kitchen has been newly installed in 2020 with built-in appliances such as an induction heated cooker (Bora), dishwasher, proper sized oven, fridge and a separate freezer. The light oakwood flooring and, high ceiling and large windows all enhance the brightness of this space.

Parallel to the kitchen is the master bedroom and located in between is a separate toilet. This bedroom is situated on the left corner of the house and has windows on both sides. Doors open to a private balcony at the back. As a bonus, there is an ensuite bathroom with a sink and shower. On the opposite side of the hallway is the study/home office and comes with a sleeper sofa. There is a direct view on the street below when sitting in front of the windows.

From the hallway the staircase continues to the second floor. The central landing connects to all the rooms. On either side there are children bedrooms. Directly across the landing is another bathroom which comes with a dual sink, bathtub and a walk-in shower. The room to the left of the bathroom is multifunctional and mainly used for storage. Both from the landing and this room the large rooftop terrace (42 m²) is accessible. With a south facing direction the sun can be enjoyed throughout the day.

The house is available for a temporary lease duration up to 1 year and the deposit equals 2 months’ rent. A parking permit is available taking into account a limited waiting time. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed.

Area information
The neighbourhood is mainly residential and therefore has a very pleasant atmosphere with a few shops along the street itself. The lively Middenweg is within walking distance where an abundace of shops and restaurants is found. Doing groceries or getting a cup of coffee can be done on foot. The Frankendael park as well as the Oosterpark are great outdoor areas with lots of activities during spring and summer. When needing to use public transport, the no. 9 tram heads directly to the Central Station with bus no. 41 and 757 connecting to Holendrecht station.
