The spacious communal courtyard connects to the terrace at the front which gives a real neighborhood feel. From the terrace, the front door opens into the hallway. Onwards is the open kitchen with a dining area to the left and the lounge at the front facing the terrace. The kitchen in a black finishing stands out and is well equipped. It comes with a stainless steel countertop, induction heated cooker, extractor, a combi oven, fridge with a freezer section and a dishwasher. The sofa in the lounge can be pulled out and turned into a comfortable bed. Another convenience are the remote controlled blinds and curtains.

A second hallway connects to the back of the apartment. Here is where a separate toilet is found and next to it, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer set up to the right and a shelving unit to the left for domestic appliances and other household products.
