Passing through the communal entrance, an elevator can be taken up to the second floor. The apartment itself is situated at the left corner of the building and has a private corridor before entering the hallway. From here the dining area and lounge open up towards the back side. Large windows let in plenty of daylight. Especially because this side faces westwards. At the front is the open kitchen with all appliances intergrated in a sleek white kitchen. A fridge, separate freezer, oven, gas cooker and a dishwasher are present. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom with a wash basin plus drawers underneath, a separate bathtub and a shower as well. There is a closet in the corner where the washing machine is set up.
From the lounge another hallway leads to all three of the bedrooms. First up is a smaller guest bedroom which can also be used as a home office. Opposite this bedroom a separate toilet is found. Also, on either end of the hallway there is a storage closet which is ideal for part of a wardrobe, suitcases and more.
At the end of the hallway two equal sized bedrooms at the front and back complete the indoor layout. Both these bedrooms have a queen size bed and a drawer cabinet for clothing and more. The adjoining balcony faces westwards and is accessible from both the lounge and the guest bedroom.
Separate from the apartment there is a private storage unit on the ground floor which is convenient for storing a bike, suitcases and such.
A minimum lease duration of 12 months is applicable and the security deposit equals 2 months’ rent. Keeping pets is not allowed.
The apartment is part of a residential neighbourhood. Nevertheless, all facilities needed on a daily basis are found close by. The Zuidas business district is within walking distance (10 minutes) where also a weekly fresh market takes place. In between the Zuidas is the Amsterdam Zuid train station from which Schiphol airport is reached within 1o minutes. Another great convenience is the nearby Gelderlandplein shopping centre with multiple supermarkets including an Asian one, restaurants and all kinds of specialty shops.
