This fully furnished apartment has been fully renovated in 2015 and provides all the modern comfort and amenities to be expected. Either a couple, flat sharers (maximum 2 persons) or a single occupant would feel right at home!

Passing through the communal entrance, an elevator can be taken up to the second floor. The apartment itself is situated at the left corner of the building and has a private corridor before entering the hallway. From here the dining area and lounge open up towards the back side. Large windows let in plenty of daylight. Especially because this side faces westwards. At the front is the open kitchen with all appliances intergrated in a sleek white kitchen. A fridge, separate freezer, oven, gas cooker and a dishwasher are present. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom with a wash basin plus drawers underneath, a separate bathtub and a shower as well. There is a closet in the corner where the washing machine is set up.

From the lounge another hallway leads to all 3 of the bedrooms. First up is a smaller guest bedroom which can also be used as a home office. Opposite this bedroom a separate toilet is found. Also, on either end of the hallway there is a storage closet which is ideal for part of a wardrobe, suitcases and more.

The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years and the security deposit equals 2 months’ rent. Keeping pets is not allowed.

Area information
The apartment is part of a mainly residential neighbourhood. Nevertheless, all facilities needed on a daily basis are found nearby. The Zuidas business district is within walking distance (10 minutes) which includes the Amsterdam Zuid station as a growing public transport hub. From here Schiphol airport is only 6 minutes away by train. Also with walking distance is the Gelderlandplein shopping centre with multiple supermarkets including an Asian one, restaurants and all kinds of specialty shops.
