This unfurnished and spacious apartment has been fully renovated several years ago with a 15 m² rooftop terrace to enjoy. A split level layout occupies the second and third floor with 5 rooms in total.

A private entrance with an easy to do staircase provides access to the apartment. The hallway has a separate toilet on one side and a storage closet on the other side.
Opening doors lead into the L-shaped living room with both large windows at the front and back. At the back are more opening doors to the balcony and this is where the kitchen is. This kitchen is all modern, having the appliances that offer comfort like a dishwasher.
Going up the stairs from the hallway is the third floor. Directly to the left is the bathroom with a second toilet, separate shower, sink, separate bathtub and storage space.
Next to the bathroom at the back is the master bedroom, then a really spacious dressing room where a washer and dryer are also found, followed by a medium sized bedroom at the front. The third and adjoining room can both be used as a guest bedroom and home office. All the rooms here have wooden flooring.

Then it is on to the real retreat, a few stairs up is the (15 m²) rooftop terrace, fenced off and with its own water and electricity supply.

A minimum 12 months lease duration is required and the security deposit equals 1 month’s rent. A parking permit is available with a limited waiting list duration.

Area information
With shops like a supermarket around the corner on the Stadionweg there is much within walking distance. More shops and cafes/restaurants are located on the nearby Beethovenstraat. There is excellent public transport with tram lines 5 & 24 and various bus lines with a stop on the Stadionweg which also connects to the train station Amsterdam Zuid WTC. By car, access to the A-10 highway is easy all the way to Schiphol Airport.
