This furnished apartment offers a great deal of privacy and a beautiful view towards the canal in front of the building. The historical façade gives it a grand character which continues inside with high ceilings and original details as well as modern comfort. Come have a look yourself!

A private entrance leads up to the second floor and into the hallway. Directly to the left there is a separate toilet and a large coatrack to the right. A stained glass door divides the hallway and L-shaped living room. At the front three large windows allow for a beautiful view with a row of trees dotted along the canal. Towards the back is the spacious dining area. Looking down from here the inner gardens and surrounding buildings disguise the fact that this is a city centre location. Adjacent to the dining area is the semi-open kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer, proper oven, dishwasher and gas cooker with an extraction fan above being present.

Back in the hallway the staircase continues up to the third floor. The central landing provides access to both the bathroom and the 3 bedrooms. Directly to the right is the bathroom equipped with a stretched wash basin with space underneath for towels and such plus a bathtub/shower in one. There is also a second toilet and wall separation where the washer and dryer are set up. The master bedroom is parallel and both accessible from the landing and bathroom.

Because there is an additional dressing room there is no need for closets in the master bedroom. The second and third bedroom will not come with a bed straight away. For example a home office and a guest bedroom could be one way of how to utilise these rooms.

The apartment is available for a temporary lease duration up to 2 years. The security deposit equals 2 months’ rent. A parking permit is available taking into account a waiting time of a few months. Flat sharing and keeping pets is not allowed.

Area information
The street itself is pretty quiet since it is a one way street with only designated traffic heading there. Parking is therefore usually not a problem. Getting out of the city is about a 10 minute drive down the Wibautstraat or Mauritskade. When not having a car, public transport options are excellent and within walking distance. The metro station Weesperplein is where metro lines 51, 53 and 54 stop as well as several tram lines. There is an Albert Heijn supermarket in the Sarphatistraat which is around the corner.
