This ground floor and fully furnished apartment has multiple appealing aspects. No stairs is obviously one but also the presence of a patio plus separate storage unit and its quality interior. Ideal for a small family or when there is a need to avoid a higher floor.

Using a communal entrance the apartment is reachable directly to the left. When entering, a stretched hallway connects to all the rooms. At the front and facing a small square is the open kitchen and living room. Because windows stretch from left to right this space gets plenty of daylight. The kitchen was newly installed in 2016/2017 has all the modern appliances ranging from a fridge and freezer, combi oven, dishwasher and gas cooker with an extraction fan above.

Both bedrooms are situated at the back. The master bedroom is to the left and comes with a queen size bed and decent wardrobe closet. This bedroom also provides access to the enclosed patio. Parallel to the master is the second bedroom. There is now a single bed instead of the sofa. Next to the wall-to-wall wardrobe closet which even holds a small desk but there is another built-in storage closet for suitcases and such.

The bathroom is on the other end of the hallway when coming in. Also renovated in 2016/2017, it now provides a wash basin with drawers underneath, a large shower and in the corner next to the door a washing machine. A separate toilet is located alongside the second bedroom.

A minimum rental period of 12 months is required and a 2 months’ deposit is applicable. A parking permit can be obtained straight away. The apartment has energy label B. Flat sharing and pets are not allowed.

Area information
The street itself as well as the neighbourhood is purely residential and therefore quiet. However, lots of facilities are nearby such as restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops along the Rijnstraat. Getting out of the city is convenient being within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the A10 ring highway. Getting to the city centre is also easy and best done by bike. When needing public transport various bus and tram lines have a stop within walking distance. The Amstel station is the closest when needing the metro.
